RasMal Closes $4.8 Million Pre-Series A Investment Round Led by Syndicate Holding Group

RasMal has announced the closure of its $4.8 million Pre-Series A investment round, led by Syndicate Holding Group.

RasMal provides a platform for cap table management and corporate governance. The company plans to use this investment to introduce new tools and services that facilitate fundraising and equity transfers for its clients.

Last year, RasMal fully acquired Pentugram, a platform specializing in investment management and investor relations.

Founded in 2019, RasMal was established by Nasser Al-Tamimi, Basil Al-Kuraya, and Salem Al-Juwaini.
