HAL and Credit Oman Sign Collaboration to Empower MSMEs in the Sultanate of Oman

We are pleased to announce the signing of a strategic collaboration agreement between HAL and Credit Oman, aimed at empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Oman and enhancing their confidence to operate and expand in local and export markets.
HAL, a Sharia-compliant embedded fintech company, operates under the oversight of the Central Bank of Oman within the Regulatory Sandbox for Financial Innovation, testing innovative solutions to deliver advanced Sharia-compliant financing.
Under this collaboration, Credit Oman will provide credit insurance coverage for financing facilities extended by HAL, enabling stronger risk management and supporting MSMEs to grow and trade with greater confidence.
This partnership focuses on shared priorities:

• Strengthening financial inclusion and economic diversification
• Managing trade and credit risk to support sustainable growth
