Salla Acquires PayLink to Expand Financial Solutions for Merchants

Salla has acquired PayLink, a company specializing in payment solutions for e-commerce entrepreneurs, businesses, and government entities, in a deal whose value was not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of Salla’s strategy to expand its financial solutions, enabling merchants to manage and develop their businesses through solutions designed to support their evolving needs.

According to Salla, the deal aligns with its strategy to build an integrated ecosystem supporting merchants across different stages of growth, from sales and operations to providing advanced financial services built around merchants’ needs.

The acquisition follows Salla’s takeover last year of Swebli, a platform specializing in advertising solutions, marking another step in the company’s expansion of services supporting merchants.
