Rentify Raises $2 Million to Launch Earn AI for AI-Powered Rental Revenue Management
UAE-based proptech and fintech startup Rentify has secured $2 million in seed funding to support the launch of Earn AI, an artificial intelligence platform designed to automate rental revenue management for landlords and property managers.
The latest investment brings the company's total funding to $2.5 million, following a $500,000 pre-seed round completed in 2025. The round was backed by a syndicate of investors focused on the real estate and fintech sectors.
Founded by Rajneel Kumar and Rashed Hareb, Rentify is expanding beyond rental payment infrastructure to build a broader operating and intelligence platform for the real estate market.
Earn AI automates several key tenancy management functions, including rent collection, tenant onboarding, payment reminders, and lease renewals, helping improve operational efficiency and optimize rental income management.
The platform is already being utilized by five enterprise customers—Gargash Real Estate, New Star Property Management, Arabian Acres Real Estate, Purecare Management, and RSH Holiday Homes Rental—which collectively oversee thousands of residential and commercial properties across the UAE.
According to the company, analysis of its customer portfolio suggests that landlords and property managers may be losing between 8% and 14% of annual rental income due to pricing inefficiencies, unmanaged tenant churn, and payment leakage.
Rentify plans to use the newly raised capital to accelerate the deployment of Earn AI and further strengthen its AI-driven operating infrastructure for the real estate industry.
