Dubizzle Invests in Tern to Build an Integrated Real Estate Ecosystem and Enhance Rental Payments in the UAE

Dubizzle has announced a strategic partnership and investment in Tern, the UAE-based rent rewards platform, as part of its efforts to create an interconnected real estate ecosystem that extends beyond traditional property search services.

Under the partnership, Tern’s services will be exclusively integrated into the Bayut and Dubizzle platforms, enabling tenants to pay rent with credit cards and earn Tern reward points redeemable across a broad network of retail, travel, and lifestyle partners.

According to Dubizzle, the investment supports its strategy to build a comprehensive real estate ecosystem that delivers greater flexibility and an enhanced experience for tenants, landlords, and property managers.

Tern enables tenants to benefit from rent payments without additional fees while providing greater flexibility in managing one of the largest household expenses.

Meanwhile, landlords and real estate agents gain access to a fully digital rent collection experience and more flexible payment options for tenants, potentially improving property competitiveness and increasing tenant retention.

Founded in 2024 by Saeed Al Sayed, Tern launched operations in May 2025 and currently processes more than AED 150 million annually in rental payment value through its platform.

The investment was made through Dubizzle Ventures, the company's venture arm dedicated to supporting technology startups across the region.
