Qualiphi Acquires Career Club in Six-Figure Deal to Expand AI-Powered Career Services
Qualiphi, a leading AI-powered Career Services Management (CSM) platform, has announced the acquisition of Career Club, previously owned by iCareer, in a six-figure deal completed in the second half of 2025.
This acquisition marks a strategic move to expand AI-driven career enablement and employment services across Egypt and the Middle East, aligning with Qualiphi’s vision of building the first fully integrated Arab platform for Career Services Management.

Originally developed by iCareer, Career Club is one of the region’s first virtual career platforms, designed to bridge the gap between education outcomes and labor market needs through innovative digital tools.
The platform has supported multiple employability initiatives in collaboration with global organizations, including the International Labour Organization (ILO), UK Aid, and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
Today, Qualiphi serves as the official digital platform for managing career services across several academic and governmental institutions in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, including the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ain Shams University, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and the Universities of Canada.
Through its partnerships, Qualiphi has supported over 500,000 students in Egypt in 2025, while expanding in the Gulf region through collaborations with three universities, reaching more than 7,000 students from 10 nationalities.
