Immensa Secures Growth Backing from Dubai Future District Fund to Accelerate Digital Industrial Supply Chains

In the heart of Dubai’s innovation ecosystem, Immensa is redefining how industrial spare parts are managed and produced through a digital-first model that replaces traditional inventory with on-demand manufacturing. At the core of its solution are Digital Parts Passports—secure, certified digital records that allow components to be stored virtually and produced anywhere across Immensa’s global network.

The company has secured growth backing from Dubai Future District Fund (DFDF), alongside Global Ventures and existing investors. The funding will support platform scaling, international expansion, and the advancement of the UAE’s resilient, future-ready industrial economy.

“Immensa represents exactly the kind of advanced industrial technology that aligns with Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda,” says Nader Albastaki, Managing Director of DFDF. “It strengthens manufacturing capabilities, enables near-shoring of supply chains, and accelerates adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies. Supporting companies like Immensa is how we ensure Dubai remains at the forefront of innovation, while building industries that are sustainable, resilient, and globally competitive.”

Founded in Dubai, Immensa operates a subscription-based platform enabling industrial operators—particularly in oil, gas, and power—to replace physical spare parts inventories with digital libraries. Components are manufactured on demand through a distributed network of qualified partners, including 3D printing facilities, delivering faster response times, lower costs, reduced carbon footprints, and stronger supply chain resilience.

For CEO Fahmi Al Shawwa, the investment signals strategic alignment beyond capital.
“DFDF understands the impact of deep-tech innovation in the UAE and globally. Their support enables us to expand internationally, enhance our digital platform, and deliver on our mission to modernize supply chains for industrial operators worldwide.”

Global Ventures’ Noor Sweid added:
“Immensa is tackling a critical gap in industrial supply chains. With DFDF’s backing, the company can localize advanced manufacturing while remaining integrated into global networks. This partnership positions Immensa to strengthen supply chain resilience from Dubai to the world.”

Immensa maintains manufacturing hubs in Dubai and Dammam, with the new funding set to drive digital library expansion, production network growth, and large-scale enterprise deployments.
