Engagesoft Secures $3.5M to Redefine Employee Engagement with AI

Engagesoft, a Saudi-based AI-powered platform specializing in employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, has successfully raised $3.5 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Silicon Badia, a prominent Jordanian venture capital firm.
The funding marks a significant milestone in Engagesoft’s mission to redefine how enterprises understand and enhance workforce dynamics. The company’s AI-driven SaaS platform combines validated surveys with advanced analytics, enabling organizations to listen, interpret, and act on workforce insights. Since its founding in 2021 by Omar Tahboub and Tareq Tahboub, the platform has processed over 10 million employee responses, helping enterprises achieve an average 30% increase in engagement levels across multiple survey cycles.
Today, Engagesoft operates across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan, serving 120 enterprise clients in seven MENA countries including Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Palestine.
“At Silicon Badia, we see Engagesoft as a major opportunity at the intersection of MENA’s growing enterprise market and the global demand for better employee engagement. We believe it is poised to scale regionally and even internationally to become one of the region’s standout SaaS success stories,” said Erass Majdoubeh, VC at Silicon Badia.
With the new capital, Engagesoft aims to accelerate its AI-driven roadmap and advance its mission of delivering a comprehensive view of organizational health — spanning engagement, culture, leadership effectiveness, and performance.
“This funding enables us to deliver the next generation of AI-powered insights across the employee lifecycle, positioning Engagesoft as the standard workplace culture platform,” said Omar Tahboub, CEO and Co-founder of Engagesoft.
Ultimately, this investment will empower Engagesoft to continue shaping the future of workforce engagement in the region, offering enterprises data-driven intelligence that supports leadership decisions and performance outcomes on a broader scale.
