CoreOps.AI, an enterprise software startup, has successfully raised $3.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Siana Capital Management, with participation from Kettlebrough, Aroa Venture Partners, and several individual investors. The funding will be deployed to expand the engineering team, enhance product development, and scale its AI-driven modernization platform for large enterprises.
Founded in 2024, CoreOps.AI develops tools that help organizations modernize legacy technology systems, consolidate data, and automate operational workflows. Its platform currently supports over 20 AI use cases across sectors including manufacturing, financial services, retail, and healthcare. The company was founded by former tech CEOs: Rajesh Janey, Ankur Sharma, Rajnish Gupta, and Rajiv Srivastava.
Rajiv Srivastava, CEO of CoreOps.AI, stated that the funding will accelerate deployments that reduce operational costs and improve the speed of digital transformation for enterprises. Investors highlighted that the startup’s early customer traction and the growing demand for automation-led modernization were key factors in backing the round.
