Converted Acquires Mitcha to Empower Local Designers and Launch AI-Powered Advertising Solutions

Egypt – Converted, a leading AI-powered advertising technology company for emerging markets, has announced its acquisition of Mitcha, a prominent Egyptian e-commerce platform supporting local fashion designers. This strategic move aims to build a more integrated, data-driven digital commerce ecosystem focused on measurable business outcomes.
Under the agreement, Mitcha’s founder and Shark Tank Egypt investor Hilda Louca will join Converted as Partner and Executive Director. Louca will lead strategic partnerships and regional expansion, leveraging her extensive experience in entrepreneurship and digital commerce.
The acquisition will integrate Mitcha’s network of designers and customers into Converted’s platform, enhancing the company’s ability to develop advertising solutions focused on generating tangible sales rather than traditional performance metrics like clicks or impressions.
The deal also accelerates the rollout of Converted Orders, a product designed to enable highly targeted advertising campaigns focused on actual sales, directly linking advertising spending to confirmed orders and revenue. The platform operates through a unified system combining digital advertising, payment processing, and order verification, allowing campaigns to learn from real sales data and continuously improve targeting and performance.
