Ascentium Acquires LegalTech Company Clara to Strengthen Middle East Presence

Ascentium, a leading global business services platform headquartered in Singapore, has acquired Clara, the largest licensed corporate service provider (CSP) in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This acquisition significantly expands Ascentium’s footprint in the Middle East by leveraging Clara’s established presence in ADGM and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Clara provides a corporate operating system for businesses looking to operate within UAE financial centres governed by common law, currently managing approximately 2,000 companies in ADGM and DIFC. Clara supports a diverse client base including startups, SMEs, law firms, venture capital firms, investors, and accelerators.
