AqlanX Secures $10 Million Investment from DoxAI to Launch Arabic-First AI Solutions for Enterprise in the Middle East

AqlanX, a UAE-based company specializing in AI and enterprise automation, has secured a $10 million investment from Lakeba Group through its project DoxAI.

This investment marks a significant milestone in the digital transformation journey across the Middle East and represents a fresh start for AqlanX as it expands its capabilities in the region.

DoxAI, focused on automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency, will help expand AqlanX’s innovative solutions across the Middle East, particularly in countries like the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The funds will be used to accelerate the development of AI platforms designed specifically for the Arabic language, aligning with the growing trends toward business automation and productivity enhancement in the local market.

This investment also aligns with the UAE’s vision for developing the digital economy and supporting innovation in technology sectors. In parallel with this step, AqlanX plans to establish an AI Centre of Excellence in partnership with the University of Wollongong in Dubai, which will be a hub for developing local talent and advancing research in AI.

Giuseppe Porcelli, Executive Chairman of Lakeba and DoxAI, said: “We are proud to partner with AqlanX. This investment is not just about capital, but our commitment to providing innovative AI solutions for the enterprise sector, with a focus on developing region-specific solutions.”

Demetrio Russo, Founder and CEO of AqlanX, confirmed that the collaboration with Lakeba and DoxAI opens new horizons for AqlanX in the AI sector. He added: “We are excited to offer innovative AI solutions in Arabic, specifically designed to meet the needs of the regional market.”

This step is part of the national strategy to build capabilities and stimulate innovation in the UAE, and AqlanX is a prime example of startups contributing to the growth of the tech sector in the Middle East.
