Kudwa Raises $1.1M to Build the AI-Powered Financial Brain for Modern Businesses

UAE-based AI financial intelligence platform Kudwa has announced the successful closure of a $1.1 million funding round led by 1818 Venture Capital and F6 Ventures, with participation from Sparked Ventures, IM Fndng, and Iraq Venture Partners.

The round was closed ahead of schedule in late 2025, providing the company with capital to accelerate product development, expand strategic integrations, and scale its go-to-market strategy across multiple regions.

Founded by Karl Nasr and Sam Arif, Kudwa was designed to serve as the financial brain for modern finance teams. The platform integrates with enterprise resource planning (ERP), accounting, and operational systems to deliver real-time financial planning and analysis.

The technology combines data pipelines, forecasting models, intelligent dashboards, and scenario planning to reduce reliance on manual spreadsheet work. This enables finance teams to focus on data-driven strategic decision-making rather than time-consuming data compilation.

Kudwa’s system also provides instant clarity into what changed in financial data and why, helping organizations gain deeper visibility into financial performance while streamlining analysis workflows.

Following the funding round, the company has focused on expanding its platform capabilities across several areas, including:

  • Multi-entity financial consolidation
  • Consistent financial reporting
  • AI-powered analysis and forecasting
  • Cash flow visibility
  • Actionable financial insights

Kudwa is also expanding its integrations and accelerating commercial expansion as it scales across regional and international markets.
