Saudi Arabia’s Declic Closes $1M Seed Round to Fuel Regional Growth

Declic, the Saudi-based AI-powered smart social platform, has closed a $1 million Seed funding round, led by VidMatic Digital DMCC, a specialist in digital advertising solutions.

The investment supports Declic’s rapid growth and regional expansion, amid increasing demand for innovative digital tools that enhance real-world engagement and community building.

Founded in 2024 by Dr. Alice Othmani, Pritish Pragbati, and Paul K., and headquartered in Saudi Arabia, Declic aims to connect people through real and virtual events on a single platform that combines event discovery, ticketing, and community building.

“Our goal is to connect people meaningfully and make community engagement seamless through digital tools,” said the founders.

Declic’s business model relies on premium subscriptions and individual ticket sales, focusing on boosting community event participation. Currently available in Tunisia and Morocco, the platform plans to expand into the Gulf region with the support of this new funding.
