Pinnacle Capital Invests in Gathern Through Its Venture Capital and Secondary Investments Fund

Pinnacle Capital has announced an investment in Gathern through its fund dedicated to venture capital and secondary investments, approximately four weeks after announcing an investment in Carly through the same fund.
Pinnacle said that the deal was worth several million dollars, while requesting that the investment value remain undisclosed.
Pinnacle had previously announced in August that its fund had obtained its license, making the investment in Gathern the fund’s second announced investment.
Founded by Latifa Al-Tamimi and Iman Al-Suwailem in 2017, Gathern announced in August that it had closed a $72 million Series B investment round, with Pinnacle also participating in the round.
