Oasys Health Raises $4.6M to Accelerate the First AI-Native Operating System for Behavioral Health

New York β€” Oasys Health, the first AI-native operating system for behavioral health, announced today that it has raised $4.6 million in new funding to accelerate the expansion of its digital mental health platform.

The funding includes a $4 million Seed round led by Pathlight Ventures, with participation from Twine Ventures and Better Ventures, as well as $600,000 in Pre-Seed funding from 1984 Ventures.

Oasys plans to use the new capital to enhance its AI-powered platform, deepen integrations with leading wearables and digital health applications, expand its engineering and data science teams, and grow its partnership network with health clinics, behavioral health centers, Managed Service Organizations (MSOs), and universities and schools investing in long-term campus mental health infrastructure.

The Oasys platform leverages artificial intelligence to automate core behavioral health workflows, including clinical documentation, billing, appointment scheduling, and insurance system integrations.

It also enables secure, real-time integration with wearable devices and health apps such as Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Strava, and Flo, allowing continuous monitoring of activity levels, sleep patterns, heart rate, glucose levels, and menstrual health data.

Commenting on the announcement, Hashem Abdou, Co-founder and CEO of Oasys Health, said:

β€œThis funding accelerates our mission to redefine mental health care by making it personalized, data-driven, and accessible to all.”
