LoftyInc Capital Closes Its Third Investment Fund at $43 Million

LoftyInc Capital, a firm specializing in supporting startups, has announced the closure of its third investment fund, LoftyInc Alpha, at $43 million.

The fund aims to invest in startups at the late-seed and Series A stages, focusing on key markets in Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, and Francophone Africa.

The fund attracted a diverse group of limited partners, including Egypt’s Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency, Anava Fund of Funds from Tunisia, and development finance institutions such as FMO, Proparco, AfricaGrow, IFC, and First Close Partners, alongside high-net-worth African individuals and European family offices.
