Dubai, UAE – In a bold move to consolidate its leadership in the regional F&B sector, Epik Foods has completed the acquisition of Sauce Capital, integrating 15 popular dining brands into its growing portfolio.

This strategic transaction follows Epik Foods’ successful $15.5 million capital raise from Ruya Partners and significantly enhances its operational footprint across Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

The acquisition introduces acclaimed Sauce Capital concepts including Egg Bun, Sliced Pizza, and Buwagyu to Epik Foods’ extensive network of 75 brands.

Notably, the deal structure preserves Sauce Capital’s founding team and brand identities while leveraging Epik Foods’ operational scale and regional expertise. This synergistic approach creates immediate value across both organizations’ customer bases.

“This partnership represents a perfect alignment of vision and execution capabilities,” remarked Khaled Fadly, CEO of Epik Foods. Saeed Halabi, Sauce Capital’s CEO, added, “Our brands gain accelerated growth potential while maintaining what made them special.”

The combined entity now commands one of the region’s most diverse F&B portfolios, with plans to penetrate new urban markets in 2024.
