Businessman Yazid Al-Rajhi announced that Details Real Estate Company aims to inject investments ranging between 7 to 10 billion riyals over the next five years, targeting the provision of 5,000 to 10,000 residential units for ownership.
This announcement was made during a television interview with Al-Rajhi, where he highlighted that this initiative aims to strengthen the real estate sector and meet local market needs.
Al-Rajhi added that these investments will contribute to providing diverse housing options for citizens, reflecting the company’s commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 in enhancing the housing sector and offering suitable housing for citizens.
