Graas Raises $17M and Acquires Trustana to Strengthen AI Infrastructure for Commerce

Singapore-based retail AI startup Graas has raised US$17 million in a Series B funding round and acquired product data platform Trustana, as it moves to build a broader AI infrastructure layer for retailers managing commerce across multiple channels.
The round was led by LemmaTree, an investment firm founded by Singapore state investor Temasek, with participation from Integra Partners, Tin Men Capital, The Xander Group, IncredWealth and Orzon.
Graas did not disclose the financial terms of the Trustana acquisition. The deal will add Trustana’s product data technology to Graas’ existing retail commerce platform, strengthening its ability to develop AI agents that can work across product, customer and inventory information.
Combining Retail Data for Agentic Commerce
Founded in 2022, Graas develops AI-powered technology that helps retailers manage and improve their online commerce operations.
The company is now looking to bring multiple sources of retail information into a unified system that AI agents can use to make decisions and take actions across commerce workflows.
Prem Bhatia, co-founder and CEO of Graas, said combining product, customer and inventory data within a single platform could allow AI agents to support sales across both e-commerce and general trade.
The approach reflects Graas’ push toward agentic AI, where software systems move beyond generating recommendations or analysis and can perform specific actions on behalf of businesses.
Graas said its platform has already processed more than US$1 billion in live commerce transactions, providing the company with experience handling retail data and transactions at scale.
Trustana Adds Product Data Infrastructure
Founded in 2020, Trustana provides technology that helps retailers and distributors organise, manage and improve product information across different sales channels.
Accurate and structured product information plays a central role in digital commerce, influencing how products are discovered, compared and understood by customers before a purchase.
By integrating Trustana’s technology, Graas plans to strengthen the product data layer underpinning its AI platform. That could give its AI agents access to more consistent information as they support retailers across different commerce environments.
Trustana CEO Rebecca Xing said joining Graas would allow the business to accelerate its growth while expanding what it can deliver to customers globally.
The acquisition also gives Graas additional capabilities as retailers increasingly look to connect previously fragmented product, customer and inventory systems.
Investors Back AI-Driven Retail Infrastructure
LemmaTree CEO Glenn Gore said the combined platform is positioned to help retailers take advantage of agentic AI, particularly as the technology evolves from analytical tools toward systems capable of executing business tasks.
The $17 million Series B gives Graas additional capital to expand that strategy while integrating Trustana’s technology into its existing commerce infrastructure.
The company is betting that bringing product information together with customer, inventory and transactional data will provide the foundation needed for AI agents to operate more effectively across retail workflows.
For Graas, the acquisition marks a move toward a more integrated commerce platform, combining its existing AI capabilities and transaction experience with Trustana’s product data infrastructure as it expands its offering to retailers.
