Gabster Raises $500K for AI-Powered Communication Platform

Saudi startup Gabster has announced raising $500,000 in a Pre-Seed funding round backed by RAI and T2. The investment marks the company’s first institutional backing since its launch.

Gabster offers an AI-powered unified platform designed to manage customer communications and daily business operations by consolidating multiple workplace tools into a single system.

The platform integrates more than 10 communication channels, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, email, and live chat, enabling businesses to centralize conversations and operational workflows within one inbox.

Gabster also leverages AI agents to support a range of operational tasks, including customer replies, appointment bookings, workflow automation, instant reporting, and natural language business data analysis, aiming to streamline operations and enhance customer experience for businesses.
