Ula (ula.me), an edtech company, has raised $28 million in a Series B funding round led by Ruya Growth Fund, with participation from Jordan Capital & Investment Fund and Foursan Group.
The company plans to expand its presence in Saudi Arabia and develop an AI-powered digital learning platform to enhance education through personalized content based on student performance analysis.
The platform will also incorporate Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to create a more interactive learning environment.
Founded by Alaa Jarrar, Ula aims to provide equal learning opportunities for children across the Arab world by delivering high-quality educational content leveraging advanced technologies.
This investment aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which promotes innovation in education and technology.
