Clauze.AI Launches Enterprise Legal AI Platform in Saudi Arabia with Strategic Investment from White & Case
Clauze.AI, a new enterprise legal AI platform serving legal and corporate clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider region, has announced its launch alongside a strategic investment from White & Case LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms. The company was founded by Waad Alkurini, former head of White & Case’s Riyadh office.
Clauze.AI is designed to understand and apply a company’s legal knowledge to help teams review contracts, manage governance, conduct due diligence, identify risks and obligations, and make better-informed legal decisions.
Unlike general-purpose legal AI tools built for Western legal systems, Clauze.AI was built from the ground up for the legal, linguistic, and regulatory requirements of Saudi Arabia and the region. Its architecture includes bilingual Arabic and English capabilities, full data residency in Saudi Arabia, and on-premises deployment for enterprise clients with data sovereignty requirements.

The announcement marks White & Case’s first investment in a Middle East-based technology company.
