Bahrain’s Lola Inc. Raises $1.3M in Pre-Seed Round to Expand Across GCC Markets

Bahraini startup Lola Do, Inc., which offers a customizable cake-ordering and gifting service through its mobile app, has successfully closed a $1.3 million Pre-Seed funding round.

The investment round saw participation from Vision Ventures (VV), Plus VC (+VC), and several angel investors.

The company aims to utilize the newly secured funds to enhance its digital platform and scale its operations across Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

This expansion follows the company’s initial launch in Bahrain and subsequent growth into Saudi Arabia and the UAE over the past year.

Lola Do was founded by entrepreneur Othman Janahi in September 2023.
