Alareeb Holding Acquires 80% of Two Sides Productions to Boost Saudi Media Content

Alareeb Holding has acquired 80% of Two Sides Productions, a leading audio‑visual content provider, in a strategic move to expand its creative business lines and strengthen its media content production capabilities both domestically and regionally.

The acquisition agreement was signed in Riyadh, attended by Mr. Ahmed Al‑Obeid, Chairman of Alareeb Holding, and Mr. Abdullah Al‑Harbi, CEO ofTwo Sides Productions, underscoring their commitment to rapid integration and joint production efforts.

This deal is part of Alareeb Holding’s vision to invest in high‑value creative sectors, notably the media industry, which is witnessing rapid growth amid digital transformation and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance local content and develop a knowledge‑based economy.
