Saad Alkroud

Saad Alkroud has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of King Abdullah Financial District Development & Management Company (KAFD DMC), the entity responsible for owning and developing the landmark King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh. With more than two decades of expertise in finance, real estate, and strategic investments, he has played a central role in advancing Saudi Arabia’s real estate portfolio and giga-projects under Vision 2030.

Alkroud currently serves as the Head of Domestic Real Estate Investments at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he oversees the development of a diverse portfolio of local real estate and infrastructure assets. His work spans major sectors including hospitality, retail, and entertainment, positioning him as a key leader in Saudi Arabia’s urban transformation.
