Since establishing Sela in 1997, he has steered the company into becoming a leading organizer of world-class events across sports, entertainment, and culture. Under his leadership, the company inaugurated its international headquarters in London in 2025, extending its expertise to global markets. The same year, Sela announced a strategic partnership with the Saudi General Entertainment Authority and TKO Group Holdings to launch a new boxing organization, aimed at talent development and hosting major international events.
