About
Omar Saleh is a seasoned executive with over fifteen years of experience spanning financial services, strategy, and large-scale industrial operations across global markets. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Khazna, where he leads efforts to expand digital financial inclusion and develop innovative credit solutions in the MENA region. Previously, he served as Head of MENA at WorldRemit and as Chief Strategy Officer at ADES, where he played a key role in the company’s IPO on the London Stock Exchange and led major post-listing expansion initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked at J.P. Morgan in investment banking, followed by senior commercial leadership at Dow Chemical across Africa, and engineering project roles at BG Group across multiple regions. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University, combining strong technical expertise with strategic and financial leadership.
