Since December 2023, Al-Hashemi has served as Chief Executive Officer of Union Coop in the UAE, leading one of the region’s largest retail cooperatives. A graduate of the Mohamed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development under the Dubai Economic Leaders Program, he is recognized as a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum.
