Over the years, Meshal has navigated key milestones that blend digital transformation, national strategy, and high-level institutional leadership.
At the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), he advanced through leadership roles encompassing application development, business analysis, and international relations with Nasdaq. He led complex tech-driven projects and managed global partnerships that significantly enhanced market efficiency.
Today, he serves as Chief Strategy Officer at the Quality of Life Program in Saudi Arabia, and contributes as an advisor and member of several government committees shaping policies that improve individual and societal well-being.
Meshal is also a researcher and author, with publications in academic journals. His book, “The Great Wall of Illusion,” offers a contemporary perspective on leadership and self-development.
He holds an MBA from Alfaisal University, an MSc in Computer Science from Newcastle University in the UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University, along with advanced certifications in leadership and entrepreneurship.
