Mashhour Alotaibi is a seasoned leader in program management and digital transformation, with extensive experience across the technology, government, and real estate sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of the Ejar Program at the Real Estate General Authority, he oversees initiatives that support the advancement of Saudi Arabia’s real estate ecosystem. Prior to this role, he spent more than seven years at THIQAH, where he held several leadership positions in portfolio, program, and project management. Alotaibi holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a Cybersecurity Certification from Hood College and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Marymount University, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive impactful digital initiatives.
