Maram Alshehri is a technology and digital transformation leader with extensive experience across the banking and telecommunications sectors. She currently serves as Program Lead – Enterprise ITSM Transformation at Al Rajhi Bank, where she leads enterprise-wide ITSM and ServiceNow transformation initiatives. Prior to that, she spent more than five years at stc in roles spanning project management, ICT applications, and software development. With a strong background in Computer Science from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University and additional training in Business Analysis from Udacity, Alshehri combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive operational excellence and sustainable digital transformation.
