About
Khawla Mohammed Al-Fal is an innovation and business strategy leader with extensive experience across consulting, entrepreneurship, and operational management. She currently serves as Director of Innovation Advisory and Portfolio Manager at Rasi Consulting in Riyadh, where she works with organizations to develop innovation-driven strategies and strengthen business performance. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director at Merit Incentives and General Manager KSA at Joi Gifts, in addition to co-founding Krooqi.com, a platform connecting businesses with creative talent. Al-Fal holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business, a BBA in Finance from the University of Business & Technology, and completed the Chief Operating Officer Program at MIT Professional Education.
