Khalid AlZaini is a senior leader in corporate governance and regulatory affairs with extensive experience across fintech, telecommunications, and technology-driven organizations in Saudi Arabia. He has built a strong track record in developing governance frameworks, overseeing compliance structures, and managing regulatory and governmental relations, with a focus on enabling sustainable growth and institutional maturity. He currently serves as General Manager of Corporate Governance and Regulatory Affairs at Foodics, where he leads regulatory strategy, licensing oversight, and engagement with government stakeholders. Previously, he held senior leadership roles within the same organization, contributing to the establishment of risk and audit committees and strengthening regulatory readiness for expansion and capital markets alignment. His earlier experience includes significant contributions at Mobily in capability development, operations, and training systems, in addition to involvement in entrepreneurship and talent development initiatives through Endeavor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Yamamah University, along with executive education from Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard institutions.
