About

Kamil Hilali brings over two decades of experience combining corporate strategy, investment management, and digital infrastructure operations. He currently serves as Group CEO of TASC Towers Holding since October 2025, after serving as Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer, and has led strategic deals including a $2.2 billion acquisition of 22,000 towers from Ooredoo, expanding TASC’s portfolio to over 31,000 towers. He also established key digital ventures at Zain Group, including subsea cables, fiber networks, and digital infrastructure, while leading major M&A transactions. His leadership is supported by a strong academic foundation, including a BSc in Industrial Engineering, an MBA, a Master in Finance, and the Venture Capital Unlocked program at Stanford University.
