Ismael Al-Hinti, President of Al Hussein Technical University, is a leader in technical education and academic innovation. Over more than a decade, he has combined academic expertise with strategic vision, driving industry-focused programs and developing teaching models that transform students into active, adaptable learners. Under his leadership, HTU has achieved a 100% graduate employment rate, while he also contributed as a professor and researcher in mechanical engineering and renewable energy, and as co-founder of ETA-max Energy, promoting green energy initiatives across Jordan. His work is grounded in a PhD from Queen’s University Belfast and a BSc from the University of Jordan, reflecting his belief that education and technology create lasting impact when applied within forward-thinking institutions.
