Hamza Alhajaya is a seasoned leader in public-private partnerships and infrastructure development, with over 20 years of experience across the MENA region. He has successfully structured and executed complex PPP deals, mobilized private capital, and delivered multi-billion-dollar programs in energy, water, transport, and infrastructure. As Director of the Public-Private Partnership Unit at Jordan’s Ministry of Investment and board member of the National Petroleum Company, he provides strategic oversight, risk management, and guidance to ensure sustainable, high-impact results. Hamza’s leadership is grounded in a strong academic foundation, including an MBA from the University of Aberdeen, executive programs at Stanford University and Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Mutah University, enabling him to turn complex technical and financial challenges into actionable solutions.
