Torod, a Saudi-based logistics startup, has successfully raised 42 million SAR in its Series A funding round.

The round saw participation from prominent investors, including Wa’ed Ventures, Elm, Impact46, Hala Ventures, and Suhail Ventures.

Founded in 2021 by Ammar Al-Matooq and Faisal Al-Mukhlis, Torod provides comprehensive solutions for e-commerce store owners, enabling them to manage shipping, track orders, and handle returns seamlessly from a single platform.

The company addresses logistics challenges by integrating its platform with local and international shipping providers, including Saudi Post (SPL), J&T, SMSA, and DHL. By leveraging API technology, Torod ensures faster, easier, and more cost-effective shipping across Saudi Arabia.

Notably, Torod had previously secured 5 million SAR in a June 2022 funding round led by Impact46, with participation from Hala Ventures and Sidra Ventures.
