Value Makers Studio (VMS) announced its strategic participation in the ongoing investment rounds of two high-potential startups: Ballurh and Arab Therapy, during the VMS Bridge 2025 event, reinforcing its commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia and the broader region.

Ballurh, a Saudi startup, is transforming the digital restaurant landscape by developing a unified operating system and integrated tools that manage revenue growth on delivery platforms while streamlining operations with intelligence and efficiency. The company currently powers over 400 restaurants and has analyzed transactions exceeding SAR 1 billion through its B2B SaaS platform, leveraging data and AI to provide operators with a single solution for campaign management, revenue tracking, and financial reconciliation.

Motaz Abuonq, Founder & CEO of VMS, stated: “Ballurh addresses one of the toughest challenges in the digital restaurant economy: achieving sustainable growth and profitability on delivery platforms. Its traction, along with recognition in both global and local competitions such as the Entrepreneurship World Cup (Top 100 globally) and MIT StartSmart Saudi (Top 3 locally), signals its potential to become a leading SaaS platform. This partnership reflects VMS’s commitment to backing companies shaping the future of data and AI in Saudi Arabia.”

Abdulwahab AlZaidi, Co-Founder & CEO of Ballurh, added: “Our partnership with VMS goes beyond capital; it is a strategic boost that accelerates our expansion and connects us to a network of top-tier investors and partners. With over 95% of restaurants’ digital sales flowing through delivery platforms, Ballurh is building the operating system that converts growth into real profitability, providing a data-driven, autonomous management solution for digital growth and investment decisions.”

Arab Therapy, initially launched in Berlin, Germany, and now expanded to Saudi Arabia with VMS support, provides confidential remote therapy sessions with licensed professionals. The platform also delivers corporate mental wellness programs, enhancing employee well-being, work-life balance, and productivity.

Abuonq added: “Supporting mental health is crucial for building resilient, future-ready societies. Arab Therapy combines high impact with scalability.”

Tareq Dalbah, Co-Founder & CEO of Arab Therapy, emphasized: “Our partnership with VMS is a transformative step, reinforcing our mission to bring the best global practices to Saudi Arabia. We are proud to introduce advanced mental health expertise from leading German and European institutions, contributing to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals, especially the Quality of Life initiative.”

VMS remains a leading venture studio, enabling MENA entrepreneurs and global startups to thrive in Saudi Arabia through market expertise, strategic connections, and tailored programs that promote innovation, scalability, and risk mitigation, shaping the future of entrepreneurship in the region.
