OmniOps and Groq Sign Strategic MoU to Advance AI Infrastructure

Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaOmniOps, Saudi Arabia’s leading AI infrastructure technology provider, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Groq, a global innovator in AI semiconductors and inference acceleration, to collaborate on advancing AI deployment and adoption across the Kingdom.

This partnership marks a significant step forward in empowering both public and private sector organizations with high-performance, low-latency AI infrastructure that is locally hosted and fully compliant with Saudi regulations. By combining OmniOps’ sovereign AI expertise with Groq’s advanced inference capabilities, the collaboration will deliver seamless, scalable, and secure AI solutions aligned with Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation priorities.

Under the MoU, both companies will explore joint opportunities to advance AI infrastructure deployment across government, energy, and aviation sectors, enabling locally hosted, high-performance inference-as-a-service powered by Groq’s hardware and OmniOps’ software. The agreement ensures full compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations, while strengthening AI and data sovereignty through sovereign cloud and on-premise deployments.

This collaboration underscores the companies’ joint commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Strategy for Data and AI, by enhancing national AI capabilities, driving innovation, ensuring security, and enabling sustainability.
