HYLENR, a rising clean energy startup, has raised $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Valour Capital and Chhattisgarh Investments Limited, with additional participation from investors Karthik Sundar Iyer and Anant Sarda.

The company stated that the funds will fast-track its transition from pilot stage to market readiness, reflecting growing investor confidence in LENR (Low Energy Nuclear Reactions) as a viable alternative to fossil fuels.

Karan Goshar, Partner at Valour Capital, said:

“HYLENR’s LENR platform represents a disruptive shift in how industrial heat and energy are produced… The company is well-positioned to play a key role in the global clean energy transformation.”

Siddhartha Durairajan, Chairman and Managing Director of HYLENR, noted:

“We’re seeing energy gain ratios that surpass anything previously recorded… Several government agencies and major corporates are already conducting early-stage testing, and we’re now preparing to scale globally.”

Ram Ramaseshan, CEO and Co-founder, added:

“We’ve progressed beyond proof-of-concept and are now focused on deploying LENR systems to meet real industrial energy demands across the U.S., Europe, India, and Japan.”

Founded in 2024, HYLENR Technologies develops LENR-based hybrid thermal systems aimed at transforming heat energy usage in sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, district heating, and water desalination. The company holds two patents, one for product design and one for core process innovation, and is currently conducting pilot projects with major government and industrial entities. Its product range includes 7.2KW residential units and 1MW industrial systems.
