Bupa Türkiye has reached an agreement to acquire Ortus4C, a leading provider of digital healthcare services. The joint statement indicated that the acquisition will be completed through share transfer, subject to approval from the Competition Authority.
Bupa Turkiye Chairman, Gökhan Gürcan, stated:
