ServiceUp, a leader in vehicle repair management, has raised $55 million in a Series B funding round to further its mission of transforming the auto repair industry through technology and automation.

Founded in 2021, the company started with a simple model aimed at individuals: pick up the car, repair it, return it hassle-free. However, they soon realized a bigger opportunity in the B2B market, where outdated workflows and fragmented vendors created major inefficiencies for fleets and insurers.

Today, ServiceUp is the trusted partner for fleets, insurers, and repair shops nationwide.

Brett Carlson, co-founder and CEO, stated:

We’re not here to slightly improve vehicle repair management. We’re rebuilding it from the ground up. Every delay, every unknown, every wasted hour — we’re eliminating all of it with tech and automation. This raise gives us the fuel to move faster, go bigger, and keep pushing the industry forward.”

The platform manages the entire repair cycle with:

  • End-to-end process management
  • Live repair tracking
  • Centralized dashboards
  • 30%+ reduction in repair cycle times

Trusted by Zipcar, Voyager Global Mobility, Clearcover, and SIXT, ServiceUp ensures quicker vehicle turnaround and smoother operations.

Jack Freeman, Partner at PeakSpan Capital, added:

Auto repair has remained one of the last great black boxes in the modern economy. ServiceUp is dismantling that outdated model with a smart engagement platform redefining how the ecosystem connects and operates.”

With the new funding, ServiceUp will expand its team, enter new markets, and accelerate development of its SaaS product Connect and managed service ServiceUp 360, offering a hybrid solution for improved transparency, control, and efficiency.
