Boby.ai, a mobile artificial intelligence startup developing consumer-focused AI-powered applications, has raised over $1.5 million in total seed funding, led by London Venture Partners (LVP), with participation from Diffusion Capital Partners, F4 Fund, and most recently, Revo Capital.
Founded by Gökçe Nur Oğuz (CEO), Onur Olgun (COO), and Berat Oğuz, Boby.ai builds intuitive, creative mobile applications that make artificial intelligence accessible to everyday users. Their flagship product, Mozart.ai, is an app that enables users to generate personalized music using AI and has surpassed 2.5 million downloads since its launch in November 2024.
Gökçe Nur Oğuz, the co-founder and CEO of Boby.ai, previously led major gaming ventures including Playable Factory and Fabrika Games, the latter being one of the most notable gaming exits in Turkey following its acquisition by Voodoo. Her background in rapid product iteration and global scale is now driving Boby.ai’s consumer-facing AI innovations.
“Everything we have learned over the years in the gaming industry—how to develop products quickly, how to scale, what works and what doesn’t—we are now bringing to AI-based mobile applications. Our goal is very clear: to develop applications that people actually use, benefit from, and enjoy. This investment is not just a financial boost for us, it is also a strong indication that we are on the right track,” said Gökçe Nur Oğuz.
The seed round was led by London Venture Partners, whose Founding Partner David Gardner commented:
“We believe that great companies are born at the intersection of talent, technology, and timing; Boby AI is a perfect example of this. They have a strong background in game development and are now bringing this experience to the growing space of user-friendly AI applications on mobile. We believe Boby AI will lead the transformation in this space.”
Diffusion Capital Partners’ investment director Merve Akgün added:
“As the importance of users’ direct access to AI increases, Boby.ai’s experienced team and innovative approach meet this need. We believe that mobile will be one of the most critical methods for consumers to access and use AI.”
F4 Fund’s Joakim Achrén noted:
“The team has a very strong sense of how to develop next-generation applications that blend the latest AI technologies with a genuine human connection for the end user.”
The round was expanded with the participation of Revo Capital, raising the total seed investment to over $1.5 million. Revo’s contribution—estimated at around $300K–$350K—marks the second seed investment from its new $100 million fund, which aims to back 25+ startups with Turkish roots and global scalability.
Cenk Bayrakdar, Managing Director and Founding Partner of Revo Capital, stated:
“Boby.ai is ideally positioned for global scale in this new mobile AI era, combining its founders’ gaming experience with rapid iteration capabilities.”
Boby.ai plans to accelerate product launches and continue team expansion. With a strong product-driven DNA, explosive monetization potential, and a growing portfolio of AI-native consumer apps, Boby.ai is positioned as one of Turkey’s most promising global AI challengers.
