Boston-based enterprise AI innovator Maven AGI has successfully raised $50 million in Series B funding, bringing the company’s total capital raised to $78 million. The round was led by Dell Technologies Capital, with additional participation from Cisco Investments, SE Ventures (backed by Schneider Electric), and returning investors Lux Capital, M13, and E14 Fund.
Founded in 2023 by Jonathan Corbin, Sami Shalabi, and Eugene Mann, Maven AGI is focused on building enterprise-ready AI agents that support the entire customer journey — especially in complex, high-friction enterprise environments. The company’s AI-powered platform acts as an intelligent, connected operating layer, helping organizations unify disparate systems, sync functional tasks, and orchestrate real-time actions across their enterprise.
“This new funding round enables us to accelerate product development and scale our go-to-market operations, while continuing to push boundaries in enterprise AI,” the team shared in their announcement.
Maven AGI’s current platform is already in use by over 40 enterprise customers, including Tripadvisor, SS&C Technologies, Clio, Ibex, and fintech leaders such as Rho and Papaya Pay. These companies use Maven to optimize customer experiences, streamline internal workflows, and enable AI-driven insights across their ecosystems.
Dell Technologies Capital (DTC), the lead investor in this round, is known for backing early-stage enterprise tech startups in fields like AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. With over $1.7 billion deployed and more than 150 companies backed, DTC offers not just capital but access to Dell’s enterprise network and deep industry expertise.
Several of the new investors joining this round are also strategic customers and partners, positioning Maven AGI at the intersection of innovation and industry adoption.
