XFOLIO AI, a fintech startup based in Lebanon and France, has raised $2 million in Seed funding from Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP) to grow its product and expand into the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.

Founded in 2024 by Anis Rahal, creator of TreasuryXpress (acquired by Bottomline Technologies), XFOLIO offers a cloud-based platform designed for banks, family offices, and wealth managers to unify, automate, and visualize both liquid and illiquid assets—leveraging standard financial messaging protocols.

The funding will be used to accelerate product development, including AI-powered tools and interbank trading features, while building integrations with banks, ERP systems, CRMs, and live data providers.

Anis Rahal, Co-founder & CEO of XFOLIO, said:
“Real-time connectivity is our DNA. XFOLIO is here to reset pricing and democratize access to smart, fair, and modern treasury and wealth tools.”

Jad El Boustani, Partner at MEVP, commented:
“XFOLIO is building the future of enterprise wealthtech. The team addresses a long-ignored gap with rare expertise and a disruptive solution.”

XFOLIO combines complex infrastructure with user-friendly design, offering a transparent pricing model starting at just $40/month, making it accessible for mid-sized institutions often overlooked by legacy platforms.
