The Center for Digital Entrepreneurship (COD), affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, has launched CodeAI, a new incubator designed to support the growth of startups in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) in Saudi Arabia.

The program includes 20 AI startups and aims to empower innovators and entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into executable tech solutions, by providing a comprehensive support ecosystem including mentorship, advanced tech resources, financial support, and strategic partnerships, all within a business-friendly and innovation-driven environment.

The incubator’s mission is to foster modern technology adoption, address technical challenges through creative solutions, and encourage more entrepreneurs to enter the AI sector. The program is tailored for emerging tech enthusiasts, tech experts, and decision-makers, offering key benefits such as:

  • Training and development programs
  • Financial support from the National Program for the Development of Information Technology (NTDP)
  • Expert mentorship and digital incentives
  • Access to the innovation ecosystem
  • Well-equipped office spaces

The initiative includes over 30 training and mentoring sessions, led by more than 15 AI specialists, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s strategic goal to become a regional hub for innovation and establishing AI as a key driver of the digital economy.

The four-month program is organized in collaboration with major stakeholders including the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), NTDP, Saudi AI company (SKY), SambaNova, and business development firm BIM Ventures.
