Nawy Raises $75 Million in One of the Largest Series A Rounds in the Middle East and Africa

Nawy, Egypt’s leading digital real estate platform, has announced the successful closure of a $75 million Series A funding round, marking one of the largest investments of its kind across the Middle East and Africa.

The round includes $52 million in equity funding led by Partech Africa, and $23 million in debt financing from Egyptian banks.

The round attracted a distinguished group of global and regional investors, including:
Nclude Fund (backed by Development Partners International), E& Capital, Endeavor Catalyst, HOF Capital, March Capital Investments, Outliers, Plug and Play, Shorooq Partners, VentureSouq, and Verod-Kepple Africa Ventures.

Founded in 2019 by Mostafa El Beltagy, Abdelazim Osman, Ahmed Raouf, Mohamed Abou Ghoneima, and Aly Raouf, Nawy aims to bring transparency and efficiency to real estate transactions.

Since its inception, it has grown into one of the most prominent PropTech startups in the MENA region.

Nawy provides a tech-enabled, end-to-end platform that allows users to compare, list, and purchase properties with ease and transparency. Its flagship services include:

Nawy Shares: A fractional ownership model that allows users to invest with as little as $500

Buy Now, Pay Later: A flexible mortgage solution that helps buyers access financing with ease

The company plans to expand into North African and Gulf markets, focusing on Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, while also investing in product development, strategic acquisitions, and AI integration across its operations.
