Dubai, UAE – BridgeWise, a global AI-powered investment intelligence platform, announced its official expansion into the Middle East after securing an operational license from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The expansion comes on the heels of a successful Series A funding round, which included a strategic investment from Emirates NBD as well as participation from international investors such as the Swiss and Brazilian stock exchanges.

The strategic move reinforces BridgeWise’s mission to deliver precise, explainable AI-driven investment insights. Its platform leverages proprietary generative AI and machine learning to provide regulatory-compliant analyses across 90% of listed global equities and ETFs, available in multiple languages including Arabic and Turkish.

Today, BridgeWise is trusted by over 50 institutional partners worldwide, including stock exchanges, banks, brokerage firms, and wealth managers.

In conjunction with its DIFC license, BridgeWise has appointed Ayush Khatri as Regional Head for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT). Based in Dubai, Khatri will oversee regional operations, drive strategic partnerships, and spearhead growth initiatives.

This expansion is a pivotal step in BridgeWise’s global growth strategy, following successful market entries in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America.

“As the UAE continues to establish itself as a global fintech hub and a launchpad for financial innovation, BridgeWise is proud to empower regional investors with smarter, more transparent investment insights powered by explainable AI,” said Ayush Khatri. “With our DIFC license and the strategic backing of Emirates NBD, we are well-positioned to expand our footprint and deliver next-generation, AI-driven investment solutions to our global clientele.”

Neeraj Makin, Group Head of Strategy, Analytics and Venture Capital at Emirates NBD, added, “Emirates NBD’s investment is a testament to the potential of AI to drive sharper insights and accelerate research, enabling better decision-making across the financial sector.”

Tariq Chaudhary, Group Head of Wealth Management, further commented, “This strategic partnership reinforces our commitment to innovation and our dedication to providing our clients with smarter tools and more informed financial guidance. BridgeWise’s platform offers a powerful new dimension to investor intelligence, aligning perfectly with the future of digital finance and wealth management in the UAE.”
