BKN301 Group, a global Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) technology provider, has closed a capital increase of $23.8 million to drive its international expansion, with a strategic focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia following the launch of its MENA headquarters in Qatar.
The funding round was underwritten by major investors including CDP Venture Capital SGR, Azimut Libera Impresa SGR, SIMEST, and Alisei Forinvestments.
BKN301’s BaaS Orchestrator platform powers core banking operations, payment processing, digital wallets, card issuance, API decoupling, and cross-border services.
Additionally, the platform offers advanced solutions in open banking and integrates AI and generative AI capabilities for seamless third-party system connectivity.
With innovative technology at its core, the company has recorded a 51% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching gross revenues of €18.40 million in 2024, and an overall growth of 187% since its market entry in 2021.
